Rain Rain Go Away: After many days of cool rainy weather, I finally ventured outside. As I walked towards the road, I noticed lots of bird activity in my crab apple tree. Certain that it was a flock of Cedar Waxwings, I quietly moved towards that area. As I got closer I could see that no birds remained. While heading back into my home, I noticed the Chinese Maple along the walkway. The drops of rain against that deep red made me stop and take a closer look.
When ever I go on a photo walkabout, I have an idea of what I would like to see, rarely is that the image I capture, this day was no different. Went looking for birds, but I found this treasure. Why let a little bit of rain prevent you from finding a bit of beauty in your world.
